All memberships are personal and run for the calendar year. Choose the type that matches your organisation.

Standard

SEK 5.400 /year

Applies to individuals working within companies who own, develop, manage or support nordic commercial spaces and communities. 5.300 is a tax-deductible service charge.

Group

SEK 14.900 /year · 2.980 p.p.

5 individual memberships
1 vote per group membership

If you are more than 5 individuals listed from the same company you are eligible for a group membership. Additional individuals can be added for 3.500 p.p./year. 14.800 is a tax-deductible service charge.

Retail

SEK 995 /year

1 individual membership
1 vote

Applies to individuals working for a retail, F&B, service or leisure brand.

Public Sector

SEK 995 /year

1 individual membership
1 vote

Applies to state or municipal authorities and non-profit organizations.

Member industry

A) Landlords
Organizations who own and/or are responsible for the establishment, development, renewal or management of commercial spaces.

B) Tenants
Retailers within the field of durable goods, non-durable goods, commercial services, food and beverage or leisure units.

C) Suppliers

D) Public Sector
Non-profit organizations, State or Municipal authorities, Students and Seniors

E) Other
Finance companies, contractors and architects who finance and develop investments of commercial spaces.

Terms & conditions

The membership year runs from January 1 – December 31. Any member may, with three months’ notice, terminate their membership with effect from January 1 each year. All our memberships are personal. For further information, please read NCSC Statutes.
